Carrier delays
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Toddys Toys LLC. Because many of our products are 3D printed and made-to-order, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Many of our products are custom or printed on demand.

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing:

Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable
Personalized items cannot be canceled once production begins
Minor surface variations are normal in 3D printed products

If a custom item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Custom Item Returns

For non-custom items, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be returned in original packaging
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives:

Damaged
Broken
Incorrect

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Photos of packaging (if damaged)

If approved, we will:

Replace the item at no cost, or
Issue a refund at our discretion

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Custom or personalized items
Items marked “Final Sale”
Used or damaged items (not caused by shipping)
Digital products (if applicable)

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless production has already started.

After production begins, cancellation may not be possible for custom items.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

7. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Toddys Toys LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
